So I am having a slight panic attack …..
Since I broke up with my ex boyfriend I’ve put on a few kilos and I’m not coping well with it at all.
I was quite sick for a while and I needed to put on weight but I really didn’t want to. I’ve now put on weight without intentionally doing so but I’m completely freaked out and I have a music festival this weekend and I don’t even want to go anymore because of how disgusting and uncomfortable I feel 😫 I don’t know if it looks like much difference but things I have noticed that have changed include my stomach has more fat on it, my hips are wider and have more fat, my collar bones are not as defined, my face is fuller and I all of a sudden have this immense double chin and my butt had gotten bigger but I think that is due to an immense amount of squatting I have been doing so I’m not complaining about that haha. I am completely and utterly having a melt down but it will be okay and I just have to keep telling myself that it will be okay and I know it will. I feel fucking uncomfortable and disgusting and it needs to go. Im going to take photos tomorrow morning to keep myself accountable, I genuinely cannot live like this, fucking winter and fucking breakups. At the same time I hardly ate a thing when I was in a relationship and I still don’t eat a lot but I eat a bit more than I did which may have triggered this.

Been a crappy last two weeks, eating has been very off and feeling exhausted. Got back into my routine today and getting back on track!

Had a great weekend with the gals! Soooo tired from placement and this was my first weekend off in 6 weeks and it went way too quickly!
Feeling a bit crappy after the weekend but it was so much fun and I needed to just let my hair down!
Today hasn’t been horrible in terms of food but hasn’t been great ya know. Ate dark choc for the first time in God months probably! And I’ve eaten dinner before I’ve been to the gym so we shall see how that goes. Bring on summer!! They say the best revenge is a good body, not just that but I haven’t been this happy in god knows how long!! If anything, I’m the one who is winning 👊🏽👊🏽🙌🏼🙌🏼

Netball season done and dusted. Friday nights will not be the same now. Was so great to play along side these girls each week and laugh every time we lost but embrace the few wins that we did have. Now what will Friday nights consist of… that I am unsure of. However I will miss playing and can’t wait to get back into it!!!
HAPPY MONDAY Y’ALL!
So started off this week feeling pretty crappy, worked all day but then went and smashed F45 tonight. Almost killed me actually which was quite surprising but it was good to feel challenged, absolutely loved it. The next few weeks are going to be pretty intense with uni and placement coming up. So I’m going to make sure i am balancing everything and ensuring I am doing what i need to do to look after myself (i.e.. the gym, walks, running, F45!) nothing unusual haha.
Have a great week and don’t forget to love yourself, even posting this I keep telling myself i can make other feels good but I need to make sure i feel good too! Whoo hoo bring on the week!!!! Get up, get moving and smash those goals peeps!!!!
Couldn’t be fagged making acai so yoghurt instead! But tastes just as good maybe even better?! Well it’s defs up there.

Got a huge ass assignment due next week and a shit ton of other things to do in between! Time to smash goals and get ready for placement 😀
